Jangale Porteghaal : جنگل پرتقال : "The Orange Forest" is an Iranian drama film written and directed by Arman Khansarian and produced by Rasoul Sadr-Ameli. It was released in 2022 as part of the 41st Fajr International Film Festival. The story follows Ali Baharian, also known by his pseudonym Sohrab Baharian, who studied playwriting but has been unemployed for years. Recently, he has taken up a job as a literature teacher at a school. He proves to be a strict teacher, expelling five students from his class within three days. However, when he faces the threat of dismissal from the school if he fails to provide his educational credentials within two days, he decides to return to his hometown of Tonekabon, despite his reluctance.
